Be A Vendor At Pagan Pride in Vegas!

- You do not have to live in the Las Vegas area to be a vendor. We welcome vendors from anywhere and everywhere!
- Space size will be 10 X 10 (multiple adjoining spots are available)
- $100 per space for vendors (sales) and
- $25 for community booths (informational only)
- All spaces are on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.
- Vending will take place between 10:00 am & 5:00 pm
- Set up begins at 9:00 am and must be completed by 9:45 am and all vehicles moved to the designated vendor parking area.
- Teardown begins NO earlier than 5:00 pm and MUST be completed by 6:00pm. The sun sets early this time of year. There is no light after sunset, so you may want to bring some battery operated lanterns to use during teardown.
- This is an open air event – Vendors are responsible for providing their own shelter, tables, chairs and displays. There is no electricity available for vendor spaces.

- I accept the responsibility for ensuring that I am licensed and insured to do business within the State of Nevada.
- I accept the responsibility for collecting and reporting my own sales tax.
- I release Pagan Pride Project, Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day, and its organizers from any and all liability for any accident or injury incurred while participating in this event.
- I understand that attendance of the general public is not guaranteed and release Pagan Pride Project, Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day, and its organizers from any losses incurred due to poor attendance.
- I understand that it is solely my responsibility to ensure I operate within the laws of the State of Nevada and any and all local ordinances as it pertains to my merchandise.
- No weapons are allowed.
- You will be contacted shortly for more social media information.
- This application will become a binding contract after acceptance and approval by Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day. I have read the above paragraph and agree with all that is stated. By submitting this form, this confirms my request for Vending/Community Space at the Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day event 2023.
